These blades are designed for cutting plastic laminate, Plexiglas|r|, and solid surface materials such as Avonite|r|, Dupont Corian|r|, Wilsonart|r|, Gibraltar|r|, Earthstone|r|, Fountainhead|r|, Surrell|r|, Staron|r| and other acrylic based materials. The modified triple chip grind is especially configured to leave a swirlfree cut in solid surface materials. Thicker than normal steel plates reduces vibration that degrades the cut and shortens tool life. These blades are suitable for a variety of saw configurations. The 0 degrees hook angle virtually eliminates self-feeding when used on radial arm saws.
